1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Bet Markets website, dashboard, embedded widget, APIs, or related services (together, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if higher, to use the Platform. By using the Platform you represent that you meet this requirement, that you have full legal capacity to enter into these Terms, and that your use of the Platform does not violate any law applicable to you.
3. Prohibited Jurisdictions
The Platform is not available to persons or entities who are residents of, located in, incorporated in, or citizens of any country or region subject to comprehensive sanctions administered by the United States, the United Kingdom, the European Union, or the United Nations, or any jurisdiction where accessing or using a prediction-market or event-contract platform is prohibited under local law. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of the Platform is lawful where you are located. Attempting to circumvent geographic restrictions — including through a VPN, proxy, or false representation of your location — is a violation of these Terms and may result in loss of access.
4. Nature of the Platform
Bet Markets is a centralized prediction-market platform. Eligible deposits are credited to an internal account ledger and are used to fund market positions, staking, automation, and other enabled services. Market prices, positions, fees, payouts, and account movements are recorded by the Platform. Crypto deposits and withdrawals may rely on third-party blockchain infrastructure or custody/payment providers where configured.
5. Not Financial or Investment Advice
Nothing on the Platform constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Market questions, odds, and any statistics displayed are provided for informational purposes only. You are solely responsible for your own trading, staking, and market-creation decisions.
6. Risks
Use of the Platform involves significant risk, including loss of funds committed to a market or automated strategy; incorrect, delayed, unavailable, or manipulated external price data; disputed community or administrative resolutions; software, infrastructure, custody, payment-provider, or network failures; and volatility in crypto assets used for deposits or withdrawals. You accept these risks by using the Platform.
7. Wallet and Account Security
You are responsible for protecting your account credentials, authentication factors, withdrawal addresses, and any external crypto wallet keys you use. Contact support promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. Blockchain transfers sent to an incorrect or incompatible address may be irreversible.
8. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to: manipulate or attempt to manipulate any market, including wash trading or coordinated activity intended to distort prices; exploit or attempt to exploit a Platform bug or vulnerability; use the Platform to facilitate money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or other illegal activity; interfere with normal operation of the Platform; or harass, defraud, or impersonate other users through social, copy-trading, or leaderboard features.
9. Market Creation and Resolution
Markets may be created by authorized users and are resolved according to the method displayed for that market. Eligible crypto-price markets use RedStone as the primary price oracle and automatically fall back to Chainlink when the primary quote is unavailable, stale, or invalid. Other markets use stake-weighted community resolution with administrative review or override where required. Resolution evidence and administrative actions are logged for auditability.
10. Fees
The Platform may charge trading, market-creation, staking, automation, withdrawal, creator, referral, keeper, or other disclosed fees. Current operational limits and fee rates are configured by the Platform administrator and, where applicable, displayed in the dashboard before use. Changes apply prospectively unless otherwise stated.
11. Automated Trading Tools
Features such as rule-based bots, copy trading, and AI agents may submit trades automatically according to parameters you configure or signals supplied to the Platform. You remain responsible for those parameters and for monitoring automated activity. Automated execution does not guarantee a profit and may produce losses.
12. Intellectual Property
The Bet Markets name, logo, software, website content, and related materials are the property of Bet Markets or its licensors except where a separate open-source or third-party license expressly applies.
13. No Warranty
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bet Markets and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of funds, profits, or data arising from your use of the Platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bet Markets and its team from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your use of the Platform or your violation of these Terms.
16. Suspension of Access
Bet Markets may suspend or restrict access to the website, dashboard, widget, APIs, account functions, deposits, withdrawals, or trading where reasonably necessary to comply with law, investigate fraud or security incidents, enforce these Terms, maintain the Platform, or protect users. Account balances and open positions remain subject to the applicable settlement, refund, compliance, and withdrawal processes.
17. Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
